Bag of meth found in children’s Halloween trick or treat candy Parents are being warned after a bag of meth was found inside children’s trick or treat candy. Police in Keshena, Wisconsin, said the powder discovered among Halloween sweets tested positive for methamphetamine. Officers warned children’s candy should be checked before eaten. A small yellow Ziploc type baggy containing crystalline powder was located.
