Nataliia Karia received 10 years probation on Monday for hanging a toddler in her daycare and running over two men with her minivan, before attempting suicide. She had faced 13 years in prison. Bag of meth found in children’s Halloween trick or treat candy Parents are being warned after a bag of meth was found inside children’s trick or treat candy.   Police in Keshena, Wisconsin, said the powder discovered among Halloween sweets tested positive for methamphetamine. Officers warned children’s candy should be checked before eaten.  A spokesperson said: ‘Menominee Tribal Police Department received a complaint of a suspicious package located in a child’s Halloween Candy. A small yellow Ziploc type baggy containing crystalline powder was located.
